There are few things more satisfying than to earn a living doing what you love. I've been fortunate enough to do just that for the past twenty seven years. As a professional photographer I spent a great deal of time doing nature photography for the Queensland Museum and have been involved in many projects where my skills were able to contribute something significant to nature conservation.

Among many other things I was senior photographer and picture editor for "Wildlife Australia" magazine for three years and co-ordinator and judge of the "Australian Wildlife Photographer of the Year" photo competition. I was also principal photographer on a series of seven nature field-guide books. I currently run my own business and am involved in a number of natural history projects including a book and a documentary film.
